Hi, I have received the dress but the dress is not like the dress in the picture. I am very unhappy with the dress. The broach is not the same as in the picture, the dress does not have a sweetheart drop, lace and material does not appear the same as in the picture. I also asked for the dress to come with the lace up option instead of a zipper. I would hope someone gets back to me as soon as possible to discuss options. Your timing for the dress and customer service has been great, so I am very sad to say how unhappy I am with the dress.
